To get this achievement in a game takes some time. I did it in a 5 min game on medium
Keep mashing the right analog down in rucks and mauls giving away penaltys..eventually the ref will start booking people and then by the end of the game send them off..
boom achievement unlocked.

I got this achievement in a 5 min game but you can make it longer and you can do it on any difficulty.
To get this achievement you have to get a yellow card with a player then come back on and then get a red card as getting a straight red card didn't give me the achievement.
But to get cards just click the right stick in when you are in a scrum to collapse it.
You'll get a yellow card after doing this a couple of times then when you come back on do it one more time then you will get sent off and pop the achievement

If you get a red card your player is sent off for the rest of the match. The easiest way to get it is by doing dangerous tackles. You may only get a yellow card sometimes, but you should eventually get a red card.
