The guide by Don Corno is fine, however, just so you know, this can be done across numerous games.
I was playing as England against Namibia, going for a whole host of different achievements, and this popped in the third game I played against them.
So as long as the lead profile doesn't concede a single point in any amount of games and they score 50, you're fine!

You need to score 50 points without the CPU getting any during that time. This trophy is not too hard as long as you are careful not to give away any penalties, as the CPU will often kick at goal.

Easiest done with a top team against Russia. You get the ball back after a score so if you don't lose the ball this will come easily enough.
*Note: Must be done on Medium or Hard difficulty, with the halfs set at 5 or 10mins.
