This one is pretty straight forward and it's a matter of time before you win a line out from the opposing team throw. One handy piece of advice is to push the forward/middle/back button (i always choose middle) as soon as you see the guys arm move to throw the ball in. If he happens to throw middle it times your jump perfectly and increases your chance of winning it.

At a line out you can press to jump with the front players, to jump with the middle players, and to jump with the back player. You can guess which one they will aim for, or wait until their man starts to jump. If your jump is better timed, then you should come away with the ball and get the trophy.

You have three choices of buttons to press at a line-out.  ,  or , if you press the correct button at the correct time you will intercept the ball. The easiest method is to always press for the front of the line. Timing is key here and you want to keep your eye on the player taking the line-out. As soon as his hands move press . If you're playing as the better team you'll win the majority of these.

Best done on Easy difficulty.
