Simple enough. The set plays will appear on your screen and you use the right thumbstick (and keep held on until the marker on your head turns green) to activate which ever play you wish. You always have four choices, up, down, left and right.
Now all you have to do is score a try from the set play. Play easy difficulty and adjust the speed attributes for yours and your opposing teams players if you are still having trouble.

When you have either a scrum or ruck, push the 
in one of the directions on the screen. After the flashing red icon goes green, play the ball out. If it works and you go on to score a try in that phase then you will get the trophy.
