For this achievement you have to win every match of every tour in the northern hemisphere.
There 3 tour in the northern hemisphere
the first one consists of playing the USA and Canada
the second one consists of playing Romania,Russia,Georgia and Japan
the third one consists of playing all the 6 nations teams
I would advise to use New Zealand for this achievement for obvious reasons

You will want to use New Zealand as they are the best team in the Southern hemisphere. Every match needs to be played on hard. The tours are:
-North America: USA and Canada
-Eastern Tour: Romania, Russia, Georgia and Japan.
-European Tour: Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, England, France.

You can also make the teams that you will play against weaker to make the achievement even easier.
