Location: Grey Harbor
You’ll fight him in Grey Harbor as part of the main story during the Illicit Operations quest.
Reward: Protector’s Pin, 275 gold and 6 black marks
Giffin the Hextech Thief
Objective: Kill level 9 Giffin the Hextech Thief
Location: Warrens
Travel to the Slaughter Shed in the Warrens to encounter the Giffin the Hextech Thief. Defeat her in battle to complete the bounty then head to the bounty board to claim your reward.
Reward: Warrior’s Orb, 350 gold and 8 black marks
Housecrasher Corvin
Objective: Kill level 10 Corvin
Location: Docks Harbor
In Docks Harbor head to the Boat House on the map to find a boat! Speak with the Wild Gunner on the boat to trigger a fight with him. Defeat him then enter the boat to find Corvin and his crew inside. Defeat Corvin, Back-Alley Tenderfoot and Wild Gunner to complete the bounty then head to the bounty board to claim your reward.
Reward: Leviathan, 450 gold and 10 black marks
Razorfin Behemoth
Objective: Kill level 13 Razorfin Behemoth
Location: Buhru Wishing Well
Located in the cave past the captain’s quarters of the pirate ship in the Well of the Mother Serpent. Defeat it then return to the bounty board to claim your reward!
Reward: Buhru Steel Pistols, 550 gold 12 black marks
The Veil Jumper
Objective: Kill the level 24 Veil Jumper
Location: Docks Harbor / Baron’s Rest
This bounty requires some work to unlock! You must first complete the Through the Lens side quest to receive the Ethereal Lens. Once you have the lens, you’ll then need to open the below chests.
Ocean: Windrake Isle – This orb can be found just south of the rest point in Tempest’s Sanctum. Interact with it then head north to find the chest near the rest point. Open it!
Bilgewater: Grey Harbor – Head inside Clario Estate and look to your left just before the stairs to find the glowing orb. Interact with it then head up the stairs to find the chest at the top. Open it!
Bilgewater: Warrens – This orb can be found on the northern tip of the Slaughter Shed. Interact with it then turn around to find the chest. Open it!
Bilgewater: Docks Harbor – This orb can be found in the Low Tide Market, which is reachable via the Ship Salvage Yard in the lower level of Docks Harbor near the fishing point. Interact with the orb to the left of the vendor to trigger a cutscene followed by a fight with the Veil Jumper. Defeat him to receive the Midnight Fox Token.
After you defeat him, return to the bounty board to collect your other rewards.
Reward: Midnight Tunic, 2700 gold and 20 black marks
Rogue Captain Floon
Objective: Kill the level 18 Captain Floon
Location: Grey Harbor
Once in Grey Harbor, make your way to where Malik was hiding earlier in the story to find Captain Floon and his crew.
Rewards: Sneaky Cheater’s Ring, 1500 gold and 16 black marks
Spider Queen, Goth’rah
Objective: Kill the level 14 Spider Queen, Goth’rah
Location: Shadow Isles
She is located at the Secluded Dell in The Academy Gardens. Pick up the Wooden Amulet near the spider eggs to cause her to attack. Defeat her then return to the bounty board to claim your reward!
Reward: Steelsilk Wrap, 750 gold and 14 black marks
Rhasa the Sunderer
Objective: Kill the level 25 Rhasa the Sunderer
Location: The Graveyard
Once at The Graveyard in Shadow Isles, head to the objective down the central path between the Vale of Eternity, Lifeless Scrap and Departe’ds Repose to find Rhasa the Sunderer walking around. Defeat him then return to the bounty board to claim your reward!
Reward: Poro Snack, 4,500 gold and 25 black marks
Commander Ledros
Objective: Kill the level 26 Commander Ledros
Location: Thresh’s Sanctum
To reach Thresh’s Sanctum, you’ll need to travel to the Library of Agony in Thresh’s Dungeon. Make your way to the northwest and take the portal to arrive in the Heart of the Isles. Next, make your way to the northern part of this area and take the teleport pad. Approach the figure by the sword to trigger the battle with Commander Ledros. Defeat him then return to the bounty board to collect your reward.
Reward: Randuin’s Omen, 5,000 gold and 30 black marks
The Hullbreaker
Objective: Kill the level 27 Hullbreaker
Location: The Hunting Grounds
Use The Charming Lady (boat) to reach The Hunting Grounds in the south. Once you select your destination, a cutscene will trigger followed by a fight with the Hullbreaker.
Reward: Star Metal Amulet, 5,500 gold and 35 black marks
Objective: Kill level 7 Malik
