In the menu, you can enchant weapons and armors. You'll need crafting materials for this. These can be found in some crates or at the end of fight. You can do this at the end of the game in one time and then reload to keep your materials.

Enchanting can be accessed from the party menu at any time. You will gradually learn new recipes throughout the game, sometimes by interacting with enchanting tables in the dungeons. You can just use the most basic enchantment 30 times to get this achievement, but using more advances ones will help a lot to tackle Heroic difficulty. If you have all the items you need, you will have a 100% chance to succeed and if you have more than needed you can "Overflow" an item to increase its rarity at the same time. If you don't have everything you need, you'll see the % chance of success and can risk it, but a failure will lose you all the items you did have, so it's rarely worth it.
