Each champion has two alternate skins :
one that can be bought at black market trader in Bilgewater dock harbor for 100 shadow coins and one as a paid DLC but this one doesn't count.
You'll need 600 shadow coins to unlock all the skins. These can be obtened by finishing bounty quest, by exchanging artefacts with the black market trader or by exchanging fish.
You can farm shadow coins by fishing sharks in Vault of Veseni (the most distant fish) 36 (baby shark) or 40 (adult).
You can farm 600 coins, buy all the skins and reload your save to buy more interesting things.
