I did this with 3 chicken legs and 1 whole chicken. I tried drinks, but I guess those don't count as food. Just go around looting chests and when you see some chicken, pick it up with the 
button, the press one of the four directions on the D pad 
to fill each pocket with a piece of food. Cheevo unlocks as soon as you pocket the fourth piece of food. If anyone finds other "food" that works for this, please let me know and I will update the solution.
