Simple achievement but can be a bit tricky.
Things to note:
Look for stop signs when you get circles in the city part of the map and find an enemy/boosting partner to kill.
Stop signs have very weak durability and will break on you easily.
The green rarity stop signs do 180 base damage with no damage buffs taken.
If you are playing in anything other than solos then you need the rest of the team to be dead after you get your stop sign kill; the achievement counts for the kill not the down .
Another thing to note is that both me and my boosting partner had to kill 2 enemies for our achievement to pop. We were in trios when this happened so not sure if its specific to the mode or the achievement should be listed as buggy

I could see this being the case, good to have another possibility

For some reason this never worked for me in group modes, even if I eliminated a player.
