How to unlock the Dark Father achievement in Run Sausage Run! - Definitive Guide
This is probably the most difficult achievement but it is still fairly easy with a bit of luck. Equip the “Packed” power up to give your self a free shield every round and load up survival on The Beach (this is the easiest map in my opinion) The freeze power up looks like a snowflake and you have to get 4 in 1 round. You can revive once per run for 50 coins and this does not reset your progress.

This is impossible. They don’t spawn enough.

It’s possible, you just need a fair bit of luck. I think I was around 400m in game when I found the 4th one

TurnoverDuck's solution didn't work for me, but tips in the comment section did. No one has bothered to write up a guide... UNTIL NOW
here's what got me the achievement:
power up: Weisswurst (if you don't know where this is, go to the customize screen and press either bumper)
level: Kitchen on survival
optional: gill fin power up (only used by weisswurst. prevents sinking into water)
notes:
hardest achievement in the game. took me between 8-9 attempts once I started using weisswurst. the freeze spawn rate is very inconsistent; sometimes the game is generous, other times it never appears. I was very lucky and got 4 by the 140 mark.
I found the packed power up makes getting Dark Father way harder. Packed increases the spawn rate for the bun and severely lowers it for freeze.
weisswurst mostly makes things easier on the kitchen level, but there are two traps that got me nearly every time:
- single burner. this one killed me a lot. there are two different timings on the single burners. without running, one will fire off before you reach it, the other will kill you.
- swinging hook: IDK, man. this one got me just about every F-ing time it appeared. weisswurst's slow speed combined with the fact the trap is low and has a wide kill area makes it very hard to get by.
if you collected 2 or 3 freeze power ups and die, don't fret! you get a single extra chance with revive. the freezes you collected will still count.

completed in survival mode on the beach, after the first death, do not rush to restart the entire level, there you are given the opportunity to buy for coins the continuation of the level from the place where you died 1 time, since the trophy says “collect 4 frosts in 1 race” you essentially continue the race and there is a chance to get this trophy. It’s impossible to guess when the freeze will start, it’s completely random! sometimes the first one came across at 0-10, then 200+ the first one came across, then 3 in a row and in the end it was difficult to survive until 4 at 500+. stupid RANDOM! just continue to the last half, plus the beach location that the traps are all predictable and easy to control and the analogue of the juice swing is much better controlled than the other traps above.
