Story related, can't be missed

The bosses in this game can be a bit cheap at times. They have set patterns but the order is randomised. Luckily there is an extra checkpoint before each boss and you have unlimited retries.

You will meet Kilork at the end of the third level. This mutant bunny has two main attacks. Duck when he is shooting spitballs at you and jump over him when he curls into a ball and rolls at you. Just keep your distance, crouch and shoot to drain his health bar, being ready to jump to dodge the roll attack. Note that the bosses in this game have a cooldown period after being hit and cannot be harmed while they are flashing. Just wait for your turn and shoot again.

The first boss fight is one of the easiest of the game and should not take too long. The trophy will unlock immediately after defeating Kilork. Please refer to the video below, if needed:
