Once you resurrect 5 players online in co-op, you will unlock the ability for Quick Revive.
Purchase this with ability points, and on your next revive, you'll be granted with this.

Note: This is a passive skill, and once unlocked, every character no matter their level will be able to purchase this.

Quick revive is a general ability which is unlocked after reviving a teammate 5 times. It costs one skill point to unlock. Unlock it, revive a team mate, and your achievement will unlock.
