This must be done in Online Co-Op.
Two characters need to play as Yang and Ruby. From there, when you damage an enemy (good way to do this is triple fire with the chain lighting from Ruby's gun, then hold the Y Button to do a heavy hit) they will often get stunned with swords above their head and the RB prompt will come up, Have these two characters close and hit RB and it will cause a Team Attack.

Refer to "Team Player" for information on how to perform a team attack. Have you and a friend play one of Ruby and Yang each. Set up a team attack for your friend or vice versa, and once the attack has been completed you will both unlock the achievement.
