This must be done in a 4 player online game on the mine's mission where you have to push a bomb at the end.

Each person puts in a dust one by one. You might also unlock "Ticking Time Bomb" if you are fast enough

This is the end of chapter 4. You'll need 4 people. There's a cart with a bomb on it. To move the cart, you must deposit 6 dust crystals using cn_RB. The crystals will drop when you need them, in a semi-random place. Each player must grab one and return it.

During chapter 4 ‘Below the surface’ you will be asked to escort a bomb by powering it with dust crystals. 4 different people must pick up and deposit a piece of dust to unlock the achievement.
