To get this your team needs to have 10 active turrets in a horde match.
Cheapest turrets cost 3500 Lien
Again your teams needs to have 10 active in total you don't need to buy all 10 yourself.
Some tips:
-Might help if you wait building turrets till round 5 or higher
-Playing w/ Friends might help aswell since random people won't know your going for the achievement but you might get lucky like me and have good random players that buy turrets aswell

The map with the most lien lying around is ‘Mountain Glenn’. It is easiest to do this with a friend as the stations are grouped into two close pairs. The cheapest turrets are machine guns which cost 3500 Lien. You can buy turrets as you progress and be careful with them, or save up 35000 Lien between all players and buy them all at once.
