How to unlock the Veni, Vidi, Vici achievement in Ryse: Son of Rome - Definitive Guide

To unlock Veni, Vidi, Vici, you must complete the game on any difficulty. Basically, complete the game for the first time.

There are eight chapters within the game, averaging at about 30minutes in length.

I would suggest doing your first playthrough on either soldier or beginner difficulty, as you have to play it again on legendary, so might as well level up before hand. Jumping right into Centurion with no upgrades might prove tricky for some.

Seems to be a common problem. Mine unlocked on medium if it makes any difference, but it should work on any.

Interesting. I may play on Medium difficulty to be on the safe side, but this issue doesn't seem to happen often if there's only two posts about this. I would imagine if it's a frequent issue, there would have been more posts surfacing.

It failed to unlock for me too, but then so did the King and Meet Boudica. So replaying now. It will unlock eventually...

9 years later and this is still an issue.

My Veni Vidi Vici and My Empire of Sand achievements were not unlocking. My in-game Timeline said 100% completion on normal, but I noticed that I also had not proc’d the Ave, Caesar achievement for beating mission 7. So I replayed it and BOOM! All three achievements popped. Hope this helps someone playing Ryse in 2030 lol.

I've recently completed the campaign but the Veni, Vidi, Vici achievement failed to unlock. I wasn't sure if you had to complete it on a certain difficulty level but I'm sure its says any difficulty stipulated. I don't understand why it fails to unlock.
