Edit: link not working for building. It is the CSC building location in Prypiat. Attaching screenshot instead. It is the 8th floor of the building directly south of this location.

Edit 3 for clarity (Thanks Yuumeda): You do not need the actual notes, just the combination. The last number will automatically change when entering. I will put the actual notes in a spoiler tab since you do not actually need them.

So there are 8 notes that have numerical nouns highlighted in them, which should combine into the codelock combination to be used on the 8th floor of the nearest building located directly to the south of the CSC building in Prypiat. According to the notes, combination should be 13263222, but the codelock seems bugged, so the working combination currently is 13263622. After opening the door step inside the room with a safe and you should get this achievement. The notes themself are below:

Please dont do solutions like this...
All 8 notes are listed, but you dont say where they are.
All 8 notes are NOT necessary for the achievement, you can get it by finding none.
The code in the building is glitched, you HAVE to enter 13263622 which will auto change the last 2 by a 3.

Copy/Paste of a steam guide + not accuracte + missing important info + not even unlocked so not surprisrd you dont know what you're talking about.

You are correct, you do not need the notes, just the combination. I did already say I got it from steam and credited those users. What is inaccurate about it so I can edit? And what important information is missing? A dozen people got this within the last day so hopefully this helped some of them. I am just trying to help with information and just because I do not have it yet does not mean it is wrong. I have been doing all the locations for the four winds achievement but can run and do this today if it makes you happy. If a formal guide or video guide comes out and get posted I will recommend that guide, just trying to help dude.

In order to unlock the Between the Lines achievement, you need to gain access to a locked room in the CSC building in Prypiat. You will find a series of notes in this area, left by a Stalker, and they will hint at the backstory to this area. The location that you are looking for is here:
