So if like me u walked around in the dark for 5 hours and can't find the weird water... reload a previous save and enter the wandering lights area before the lights appear b4 22:00 it finally spawned near the middle found it right away with this method

Also the weird bolt didn't appear 4 me made a new save closed the game reload and it finally appeared inside the tornado
