How to unlock the Flash Royal achievement in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl - Definitive Guide
*Temporary note about a potential required third missable for helping The Ninth on side mission The Lost Boys. See comments.
*Temporary note regarding save tracking. MIGHT be all of the saves within a slot, not multiple slots. More feedback needed.
So, this achievement is somewhat of a nightmare. 2 missables, for starters, lots are a bit tricky to actually get to (locked doors, puzzles, door codes, accessed from an anomaly a kilometer away, only accessible after some missions) and there is no decent way to keep track of the blueprints you have/still need. The map size and limited fast travel are also a bane for this achievement.
Onto the good: The blueprints track across all of your saves, so if you're like me and missed one of the missables, you can at least reload an older save if you have one. Might take you hours, but better than having to get all 77 on a new save.
To track blueprints you still need, unfortunately the only way is to have the gun/armor in your inventory, open the PDA, tab over to upgrades, and inspect each individual part on the item. Missing blueprints show up as a little blue icon in the top right of the part you're looking at. Not great, not terrible. At least there's a way.
Lots of the required armor and guns can be found throughout play(looted or bought), though the exoskeletons are somewhat rare (1-2 locations for each at best) and I recommend keeping one of each variant for exactly this purpose. Some will have to be found, or you can just make a list of the ones you haven't found and track their blueprints another way. The ones with blueprints are:
Weapons:
M10 Gordon
Rhino
APSB
Integral-A
Zubr-19
VS Vintar
Grom S-14
AS Lavina
Kharod
Dnipro
M701 Super
SVU-MK S-3
M860 Cracker
Saiga D-12
Ram-2
RPM-74
Armor:
Berill-5M Armored Suit
SSP-100 Discovery
PSZ-12V Bulat
PSZ-9D Duty Armor
PSZ-9I Falcon
SEVA Suit
SEVA-V Suit
SEVA-I Suit
SEVA-D Suit
Operator Exoskeleton
Brummbar Exoskeleton
Exoskeleton
Liberty Exoskeleton
Bulwark Exosuit
Cuirass Exoskeleton
Shield of Duty Exosuit
Sphere M20 Helmet
Ballistic Helmet
Mask-1 Helmet
Tactical Helmet
The two missables:
Spoiler: Side with the Noontiders on "Wishful Thinking" (~1/3 the way through story), and make sure you grab the blueprint during "Happiness for Everyone" (~2/3 the way through). Pharcyde confirmed you can come back here later, but the sewer is not accessible if you side with The Ward.
Near the end of the game, choose Polissya Hotel during "Down Below".
The whole video guide, thanks Lootward:
For this map, select "Hide all", and then enable Upgrades. As of this post, this is not 100% complete:

Also, found out the psi dome band is actually the protective coating blueprint. Was scratching my head for that since I needed it fore seva v and bulwark.

I may go through and check the lead containers again for that reason. I ended up buying/finding all the remaining armor/weapons so I could stash them but have no idea how to get "Shield of Duty Exosuit" or what the alternative name is (for instance one of the above listed armors is something like Guardian of Freedom or Guardian of something). I also could not get the regular exoskeleton because I missed it while visiting Strelok. But regardless, with those being the only 2 actual items not in my stash I double checked I had all the blueprints.
I may try the lost boys quest though I may not have a save left that early in the game to see if I have that one, but I believe it is just a duplicate blueprint similar to the Sircaa one for integral A. So tired of this one, and then I have 7 artifacts left to get :/

Quick note, it is Polissya hotel in prypiat for the Saiga 12 blueprint. I need to check the other missable one (may be the last one I am missing possibly).

Yes, I wrote the wrong name. I'll fix it, thanks.

Not exactly a guide, just some important info to complement the terrible guide above.
(also, this need a missable mark asap, i dont know how to do it)
*** Some stash/safes that contain flash drives may not appear during main story missions or even side missions, this happened to me during the mission where you first meet scherba, the safe wasnt there but it spawned later when i was exploring, so if you wanna rush a save like crazy only for this achievement better reconsider, i would say the best moment to stop and collect the flash drives is after completing the first mission in prypiat ***
April 30, patch 1.3 the mapgenie interactive map is working, i just collected all and most of the locations were accurate except for 3 that got moved to new locations, there are 78 Flash Drives to collect, here is a link for it: https://mapgenie.io/stalker-2-heart-of-chornobyl/maps/the-zo...
- NEW LOCATION OF "ELIMINATION SYSTEM FOR POISONOUS SUBSTANCES FOR THE EXOSKELETON"
** POTENTIAL MISSABLES **
1 - LESSER ZONE - The side quest "The Lost Boys will" award you the "Rubber Layer" for the M10 Gordon, you have to help Ninth the monilitian in order to get it.
2 - SIRCAA - During the main story mission "Wishful Thinking" at Sircaa, you must side with the noontiders then when the bloodbath starts the "Return Mechanism Sleeve Tightener for Integral-A" is available to collect, it is located at the lowest floor of the buiding you collect the item for the ongoing story mission, under the stairs.(This one have a duplicate at GARBAGE, community still unsure if both are needed for the achievement, in the save slot i got my achievement i missed this one during this mission, but you better dont risk it and collect both if you still can)
3 - DUGA - The "Anatomical Adjustment for ZUBR-19" is underground during the story mission "Happines for Everyone" after you talk to Star he will tell you to go down into the sewer, when you reach an area with the rat swarms, clear the room and look for the safe with the blueprint.
4 - PRYPIAT - It can be missable or not, at the current moment we dont know what generates the situation but the "Rebalanced Stock for the Saiga D-12" can be found in 2 different locations in your save slot, one is at the hotel polissya during the mission "Down Below" the spot you can collect it is considered a point of no return, and in one of the recent patches a lot of players found it in the open world at Prypiat, if you having trouble finding it reload an old save and replay to that point. (even when you replay, check both locations to make sure)

Check out our All armor and gear enhancement flash drive locations in Stalker 2 guide **COMING SOON**
This guide was translated automatically.
Attention! After the update, some flash drives have changed their location.
For example, the flash drive for upgrading the APBS "Individual Protection" is no longer in the extension indicated on the map by the mark. Now it is on the roof of the neighboring building, the parkour to which begins from that very original extension.
The flash drive for upgrading the Exoskeleton "Toxic Substances Removal System" is no longer on the roof in the backpack on the Cordon. It was moved to the military checkpoint in the barracks, near the iron lockers in the backpack.
Flash drive for upgrading the Saiga-D12 "Buttstock rebalance" , the one that was in the underground passages of the Polesie hotel. It was moved behind the arch of that very hotel to the window pit behind the standing extension, near the skeleton in the backpack.
