Pretty simple achievement. All you need to do is eat a bread and immediately eat a sausage from your inventory (order doesn't matter)
Both of these items are very common to find in cheats and dead bodies. In fact, you can find both of them during the first quest of the game.
Simply open your inventory with once you got both items and consume them by selecting them and holding
Once you've eaten both this achievement unlocks
