Could you do a save right before buying, get the cheevo then reload your save?

@Back Box Boogie Yes, you can do that for a majority of the achievements. Like the kill ones all track even if you reload your save and keep killing the same people.

You need to fully upgrade a gun, and an easy way to do this is to upgrade the PTM, the little Makarov-style pistol that Skif starts out with.
