How to unlock the Run, stalker, run! achievement in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl - Definitive Guide
I got this achievement by encountering a Chimera and running like hell until I was out of combat with it.
I encountered a Chimera slightly south-west of the SIRCAA Institute. There are railroad tracks that end in a dead end tunnel which is the Chimera's nest. After you enter combat with it run along the coastline westward. There are cliffs that make it easier to escape.

During a main mission Ad Astra Per Aspera, you'll be asked to turn off some beacons. On your way to the last beacon, you'll pass through some glass shards and then be attacked by a chimera. The game auto saved for me right before the battle but you should make your own to be safe.
I just ran as fast as I could (after a dozen deaths) to the building which appears to be the chimera cutoff attack point.

Chimeras are absolute bastards in Stalker 2. In fact, I think they’re the strongest enemy in the game. You can find the Chimera below, which is where you can find a nest of them:
The nest is in a train tunnel. Once you’ve aggro’d the nest, you need to now turn tail and run, because they’re going to give chase. I would recommend glugging an energy drink before doing this one (in real life and in Stalker 2), so you have higher stamina. If you run to the north, you will find that you can jump down a couple of short drops, toward the shoreline, and the Chimera won’t follow you. Once the rad bar at the top, near your radar, disappears, the Run, stalker, run! achievement will then unlock.
