You unlock this achievement for completing the mission “Back to the Slag Heap.” Once you make it to the location marked on your map, a cutscene will trigger, and you will meet Scar. He offers you some toast, being a friendly-seeming fellow. Once the cutscene is over, the Would you like some toast? achievement will then unlock.
