You receive a mission from a character called Zakhar in Slag Heap where he asks you to go to a car park to collect a debtors payment. Prior to entering the car park, make a save.
You will speak to two gentlemen who are not keen on sharing any cash and instead you find yourself in a trap.
I used an Valik Lummoxs AK-74s with a rifle scope to make it easier, but there a now 5 enemies in very close proximity. You can shoot the first two speaking immediately after not surrendering 4500K, the third is diagonally right of these two. The fourth is if you go slightly forward and look left he is there, with the last being that guy who welcomed you in.
If you fail, simply reload the save and try again. Took me two attempts once I figured out where they were.
