So with this one as long as you don't use your finishing move you have infinite amount of time to complete this. This one is a little trickier because unlike other moves you dodge the que of the attack coming and when you should jump is a little delayed, you will figure the timing out after a few tries. After dodging his attacks then attacking 3 times you should get the achievement.
