There are only two stages to this, and you don't even have to do anything. I sat on the floor in front of my kinect surfing the net on my phone while the levels played, it even counted me as crouching.

The moves they make you do on these stages are fairly ridiculous anyway. May be worth doing to get the badges, but if you want a quick 40gs, you can sit thru it.
