This is not a co op achievement, although it can probably be done in co op.
Simply collect five discs from enemies or bosses and then use your special attack and you will perform the attack with the five disc cannon.
The best way to get to five is to knock the bosses down when they are dizzy so they give you a disc, use your special but don't attack until the special wears off. Rinse and repeat until you have five discs then attack the boss with the special.
The only difference I found between this weapon and the Bullzooker one was I activated the Bullzooker one when I was a Super Samurai.
