I'm sure there are several spots to get this. Some of the cartographers balloon locations I would imagine are tall enough, such as the one in Hakoa (SW region on the map).
Just don't push
on the way down and you'll fall all the way down to an achievement.
I nabbed it by jumping off the tip of the highest point of the sword on the statue at the Bridge of the Betrayed which is SW of the 2nd camp, Burnt Oak Station.
It's a bit of an awkward climb up the statue but also kind of a fun puzzle to work out. I would advise having taken at least 20 Chum Eggs to the Chum Queen to get 2 stamina upgrades before attempting this.

I must have fluked it. Pressed X to dismount the start loan bike whilst it was rolling from hitting a rock and ended up outside the game world. Achievement popped.
