Sable

Go to the city Eccria and enter in from the front you’ll be met with a small cutscene and a quest begins “Heartbreak in the city”.

As you progress with the quest you’ll be given a new power core and told to install it at the Atomic heart (just follow the huge wire as you are directed) once you get there and get inside investigate the clues you can find around the main room then install the core and the achievement is yours
