This achievement is available to unlock as soon as you enter the middle area of the map (Sansee). It is also important to have the game updated to include the DLC content. The new area on the map is called Angler Hut and it can be found south from Burnt Oak Station.

• When you travel south from Burnt Oak Station you will eventually come across a sort of fishing boat.This boat is called "Angler Hut". Onboard you can find the angler Yoshi.

• After talking to Yoshi he will give you a quest and your first fishing rod. He will also instruct you on how to fish.

• Yoshi is the one that can give you Angler Badges. In order to get those you need to catch nine different types of fish. They can be found in Sansee, The Wash and in Redsee.

• In The Wash there is a new area called the Vivarium. Inside you can buy hints on where to find the different types of fish.

• In Sansee the fish you need to find are - Bellow Guppy, Pebble Eye and Pill Fish. The Bellow Guppy can be almost all over the area. The Pebble Eye can be found among the dunes in the eastern part and the Pill Fish can be found in the small string of land leading to the northern area. There are lots of cacti there.

• The second challenge includes - Little Kicker, Bloated Eye Clam and Trifle Jelly. The Little Kicker can be found all over The Wash. The Trifle Jelly is also common. The Bloated Eye Clam can be found among the dead trees in the north eastern part of the area.

• The third and last challenge includes - Storm Fish, Sand Ray and a Hummer. These are found in Redsee. The Storm Fish can be found all over that area. The Sand Ray can be found near the rocks close to The Whale and Hummers among the foliage at The Balfron Connection.

• When you return to Yoshi for the third time he will give you the last badge you need and the quest "Gone Fishing" is completed. Now you can visit a Mask Caster and craft the mask. When the mask is done the achievement will unlock!
