"Sometimes a Well is Just a Well" - Obtained from Bashir in Five Bells Camp near Eccria. For this quest you will climb down and then back up the Thieving Magpie Well.
"Riding the Wave" - Obtained from Zebi in the Sodic Wastes, this quest tasks you with climbing to the top of Geyser Tower. You will need a "shiny" mask to finish the quest; the Mechanist or Guard masks will work.
"Tower of Steel" - For this quest you will climb to the top of Kemble's Cube, a shipwreck in the Badlands, southeast from the Cartographer's balloon and north of Rowley's Way.
Once you have all three, take them to the Mask Caster in Burnt Oak Station, Seven Sisters Station, or Marrow Bone Station to claim your Climber's Mask.
