Sable

All three Scrapper Badges are obtained from Altyn in Burnt Oak Station by selling him the scrap you find in crashed spaceships.

There are six shipwrecks associated with their own achievements for opening puzzle doors, plus Kemble's Cube which features in a quest for a Climbing badge, and the Whale where you will finish the quest Historical Reconnection after exploring the first six wrecks.

Most of the scrap is sitting out in plain sight. Between these eight shipwrecks you will have no trouble collecting the necessary amount.

Once you have all three badges, take them to the Mask Caster in Burnt Oak Station, Seven Sisters Station, or Marrow Bone Station to claim the Scrapper Mask and your achievement.
