You need 100 for the achievement, most are not even that well hidden and are in parts of the map you would naturally explore while doing quests.

Even though there is 165 and you only need 100 I for one came in at 60ish after completing everything else and now still need another 15 to finish. Had hoped there would be no grindy achievement because the rest of the game flowed so nicely but alas there is this one.

You need to collect 100 eggs.
For every 20, the queen gives you a tear (bonus to stamina)

There are more than 100 eggs in the game needed for the trophy. Just collect as you play and pay attention to the vibration of the dualsense near the eggs. I personally collected more than a hundred of them without a guide
