Steps:
1- Connect your second pad to create an invited player
2- Another player must do the same, and then join your game in order to make a 4 player coop
3- Launch "PELIAS HARBOR"
4- At the very begining of this level, you'll find traps: use them to get each characters killed and just revive them.
Achievement pop right after you revive the last player.

This is easily boostable wherever you see spinning wheels. One player jumps into the blades. Upon death, stop the spinning blades with bash. Now a 2nd player resurrects the dead one. Take turns until everyone has the trophy.

**4 players required!**
Start a match with four people however you can and load up the Vorios level (the 2nd main mission). Near the beginning of the level you will come across some traps with spinning blades. Have each player run into the blades one at a time. As you wait for them to die, charge your shield break ability by holding 
; once the player dies, unleash the shield break which will cause the blade trap to retreat into the ground. Now you only have a few seconds to revive the player, run up to the downed player and press 
. Rinse and repeat for the remaining players.
Also, take note that you can only die so many times before you can't be revived; so you can probably do this twice, then a player that's died too many times can simply exit the match and re-enter and be fine.
