Get 4 people together (local coop, online multiplayer or a mix of both) and complete a main mission, again it doesn't matter which story mission. You don't have to do the whole mission, meaning you could just drop in on a boss fight or even after the boss is slain but the mission hasn't been finished yet. As long as you're present when the mission ends, you get this trophy.
