How to unlock the Skilled Culture achievement in Sacred 3 - Definitive Guide
Theophobos
Unlike most RPGs you don't just level up with experience points. Instead you buy skills with gold obtained through killing enemies and doing missions, these skills are available once you reach a certain level. To fully upgrade a single character, you need about 265,000 gold coins. Furthermore you need to be level 49 to be able to get the last upgrade. At the start of the game you'll only have access to one weapon. You'll unlock the 2nd weapon after the mission "Vorios" and the 3rd after "Pelias Harbor".
Note that you don't need to max weapon spirits nor weapon/armour levels. It is really just about skills that can be bought with gold. These are found under the tabs "Combat Arts", "Skills" and "Equipment".

You unlock skills and abilities as you level up your character; once you do, you must purchase these abilities. You can purchase and change your abilities in the 'character lobby' screen. When your character reaches level 49 you will unlock the final skill for whichever character you are playing, purchase the final ability and unlock the achievement.
