Underworld Story consists of four missions. In order to gain access to the boss mission, you need to finish the first three missions one by one. These three will net you this trophy.

The Underworld is the vortex icon to the left of Palambron Keep on your main map. When you first enter there are three side missions you must complete to access the final area; they are: Underworld Passage, Onyx Keep and Brightspan. Once you complete the final side mission the achievement is yours.
