How to unlock the Who You Gonna Call? achievement in Sacred 3 - Definitive Guide

This is possible to do solo and I will share how I did it. I would still recommend doing this with other people.

My setup:

Character - Claire level 50 with level 5 weapon and armor
Combat Art Light - Judgment with [Inquisition] and [Vengeful Trial]
Combat Art Heavy - Divine Aura with [Whirl of Punishment] and [Exalted Soul]
Defensive Move - Dodge (for mobility)

Weapon and Spirit choice isn't important.

I highly recommend doing this on Deity difficulty as I did, I could NOT get this to work on lower difficulties as I kept killing the boss by accident. Playing on Deity also allows you to retry by dying if you fail the requirements. For those curious, this took me roughly 15 attempts once I worked out a strategy.

Execution:

This is done on the level Zhurag on the boss The Unspeakable Evil.

**Make sure you have full energy before engaging the boss**

The strategy is to apply [Judgment] to all the orbs and have any damage trigger it (this removes the shield and deals damage). [Divine Aura] is used because it has a huge radius and was able to trigger [Judgment] and kill the orbs in one hit.

Position yourself and the boss in the middle of the room, and bring his health down to roughly 70% so that he spawns the orbs.

Immediately after spawning the orbs, activate [Divine Aura] and apply [Judgment] to all visible orbs in all directions (you should be able to reach most of them from the middle).

Once you think you have applied [Judgment] to everything, roll around the room to kill the orbs.

The achievement will unlock as soon as the boss returns after the orb phase, if you didn't get it you need to die and try again.

I have tried to make this as clear as possible, good luck!

Good solution and tips +1, but I do have a small thing to add.
Since it isn't a new strategy I wont post it as a solution, but if you find yourself with a group of two or three (as I just had) and all of you are Seraphim, just hit em twice with Judgment. If everyone is lvl 50, it seems two hits destroy the orbs. If you are having problems with this and aren't lvl 50, just wait until you get there. It made a HUGE difference in my attempts.

I gave up after 5 tries. The orbs are usually too far away and the time is not enough to get them all. One must be lucky that they spawn very close to each other. I'll try it in a group. The described skill set is perfect for this occasion.

Doing it by yourself does require luck, but I just wanted to share that it was possible, I don't actually recommend it. You should have no trouble at all with the help of one other person though.

I just did it with 3 other guys. Everyone was playing with a lv. 50 Seraphim and and the mentioned skills. We did it on warrior difficulty though. We only used the counter attack (x button) to bring him down to 70% slowly. It deals considerably less damage than the normal attack which kills the boss in 1-2 hits. We still needed some tries to make it pop ;). Even with 4 people it can be hard. Amazing that you got it alone ;).

Thanks for this. I was able to solo it this way. It was hard and took many attempts and honestly was just about to give up when I got it.

Works Great but luck is an important Part (zero room for error). Beeing patient helps :-). Took me around 10 tries to solo it.

Method is good, but with 1 other competent person it's ten times easier.

This one is pretty impossible in single player. In a 4 player game though it's rather easy. The ghostly orbs refer to entities that are being spawn by the end boss of the mission "Zhurag". Once you take away like a quarter of the boss' health, he'll spawn these orbs. As the trophy description says, you need to break the shields and destroy the orbs in a single phase. A phase lasts only about 10 seconds so you need to be fast. Position each player in a corner, while one attacks the boss to get his health down. Once the orbs appear, hurry up!

If you miss one or several orbs, have the host quit the game immediately. This resets the mission at the last checkpoint. Wait for that player to return and try again without having to play the whole mission again, note that now another player is the host.

Here's a video guide by Kagerasimaru:

For this trophy it is easier to complete with have a party of four, though each being at level 50 would be easier. Do this on warrior difficulty. You need to destroy all the orbs and they are random spawn locations so the best thing to do is each character take a corner and then try and destroy your section. Claire would be the best character but I used the barbarian.

You would want to use a move that has guard break properties as well and focus on damage/critical output. Once your party destroys the orbs in a single session the trophy will be yours. This took us a few tries. Also if you defeat the boss and fail then have the host quit the game and rejoin and it will respawn you at the entrance to the boss and rinse repeat until you get it.

**Recommend 4 players!**
This achievement is probably the most difficult.
This event takes place during the Zhurag level when you're fighting the Unspeakable Evil (this is somewhat similar to the well event in Khorad Basin). You'll have to cover four quadrants of the room and once you damage the boss about 20%, 10 to 12 'orbs' will spawn in the room with shields around them. You must destroy them as fast as possible, as you do, this damages the boss. You have to shield break and destroy all the orbs before he can absorb them. Seraphim and Malakhim have excellent skills for this fight.. but high level characters on a lower difficulty will work as well. Just make sure you're not so powerful you one shot the boss before he can spawn the orbs.
Should you fail, the host can quit the game and then rejoin it; this will reset the group to the checkpoint just before the boss fight.

This trophy is "essentially" online. You need to, when passing the story level (Zhurag) and the battle with its boss ("Ancient Evil") - when during the battle he (you need to "remove" some of the lives from him for this) summons many, many ghostly spheres, remove the "shield" from them "(which is knocked down by Bash or character skills) and destroy them all in one go (spheres appear and disappear quite quickly), i.e. It is highly desirable to have a party full of pumped up characters. The best characters (in terms of skills) are Malakhim, Seraphim and Orc. Here is a video from the "org" for clarity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH_vILQ508g If it was not possible to knock out the trophy in one go (so as not to go through the entire level again), then it is enough for the host to exit (and then re-enter) to complete the rest the team was thrown to a point in front of the boss

You just need to destroy all the balls, not just remove the shield. better to hit in the fourth

It’s possible to make the trophy together or even solo.
You need to upgrade your seraph to level 50. Choose her Judgment and Divine Aura skills. Improve these skills to the maximum radius/distance. Next, on Legend difficulty, go to the boss. Gently uncharged bash ( ) destroy his health. Do not hold the square while attacking, otherwise you will kill him with one blow!
As soon as the boss disappears and the balls appear, turn on Divine Aura and knock down the shields from the balls with Judgment, moving from ball to ball with rolls for more speed. There is no need to hit the spheres, just remove the shields; your aura does the rest for you. If you are lucky and the balls are close to each other, you will make a trophy and a solo. But, of course, more people mean it’s easier. If there are several players, I recommend assigning an area of responsibility to each.
