How to unlock the Ironhide achievement in Sacred Citadel - Definitive Guide

Unlock 30 different armors, this is accumulative across all 4 characters.

I wouldn't bother trying to grind this one out if you are planning on beating the game with all 4 characters. I had this achievement before completing my 3rd character.

Armor drops are much less common than weapon drops, but they work the same, they will simply drop from defeated enemies or bosses.

You DO NOT have to equip the armor in the level, once it drops it will be available to equip in Town at the Blacksmith and will count towards your total (i.e. you aren't the required level to equip it, it will be available at the Blacksmith and counts towards your total).

If you are still finding yourself short on Armor, you can grind out boss enemies as they seem to drop armor more often, and you can also buy some in any of the Towns with every character at the Blacksmith.

I have finished all four of my characters and this hasn't unlocked :( I even counted all the armor that my blacksmith is holding among my four characters and it is about 38. Any idea on how to correct this?

No idea, sorry! Maybe try equiping all available armor across your characters, just to double check

Finally unlocked for me. I bought an armor piece and it unlocked right away. Super weird since I have over 50 armor pieces. O well.

I had the same issue, resolved in the same way. Completed all four characters with >30 armors, went back to my original, level 40 character, bought one armor at the act four shop, and then unlocked the achievement.

This one takes a while longer than the 100 weapons as armors are rarer. I found that defeating the bosses somewhat reliably drops armors, so just take on a boss over and over and you should get this done a little faster.

Armors are drops from enemies that look like chest pieces. You can only wear one at a time, but the ones you don't have equipped go to your armory which can be accessed from town. This will eventually unlock from the time you spend playing through the levels on all 4 classes. Bosses/Mid Bosses tend to give the most loot. There is no need to actually pick up any armors, as they will automatically unlock in your armory. You do not have to get all 30 armors with one character. This is between all of your characters. There are a lot of the same armors between characters, so this will take you longer to get than the weapons.
