How to unlock the Blowfish Me Down achievement in Sail Forth - Definitive Guide

You will find Kerblapp on the Ice Island with a blue crown on it.
Blowfish is similar to the card game Go Fish... You will need 3 sets of 4 cards to win. I have NO IDEA what the penguin says, so each time the penguin asked me something I chose the reply with the question mark at the end. I suggest watching what they have more than one card of in their deck, then asking for those cards.
For the Fish and Tips achievement, you just have to give him any fish.
