A Cosmic KO is performed when you finish your opponent with an attack that launches such as a Special Move or Burst Attack, you'll know if you did it correctly when a cosmic background appears and you see comic like writing on the screen. When you perform 50 Cosmic K.O.s, the trophy will unlock.
