How to unlock the Mach 1 Fist! achievement in Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul - Definitive Guide

In Galaxy War mode you'll choose a cup, within each cup there will be a certain number of eight man tournament battles that you must complete. Once you've cleared all of the battles within a cup, you will gain access to the next cup. Some tournament battles will have special rules, the rules and strategies centered around them are as follows:

  • Normal: A regular 1 versus 1 fight without any changes. For these types of fights I would recommend using Hades, as he is overall one of the best characters in the game, if not the best. Using "Inferno Sword" before the final hit of his combo will take away a third of his opponent's health, making fights with him quick and painless.

  • First to 3: Damage is only taken and/or inflicted when you or your opponent is knocked down, if either of you are knocked down three times the match will end. For these types of fights I would recommend Shun, as his basic combo is fast and knocks down opponents quickly.

  • First Strike: The person who successfully strikes the other first is the winner. Given Hades has the fastest normal attack, using him here is a must. At match start, immediately guard to see what your opponent will do. If they used a projectile, punish their recovery with your normal attack.

  • Hidden HP Gauge: The HP gauges are hidden behind golden-brown plates, nothing else has changed. Treat these types of fights like you would on Normal fights.

  • Seventh Sense: You will start the match in Seventh Sense mode, while you could use BBAs to defeat your opponent, often times the animation takes too long for what damage is actually done. You're better off treating this rule like Normal fights as well.

  • No Guarding: As per the rule, you cannot use the guard button. If you're using Hades, this rule should only serve to your advantage as the opponent can't guard your flurry of attacks. Keep on the offensive and charge your Cosmos after each knockdown, the fights will go by quickly.

  • Down Penalty: Whenever someone is knocked down, that person loses all Cosmos. Avoid getting knocked down at all costs, even if it means using Cosmos to get out of a combo.

In the Galaxy War Bronze Cup there are nine tournaments, once you've won all nine tournaments the trophy will unlock.
