You will be able to purchase the Golden Saints costumes once you complete all of the Legend of Cosmos arcs. In order to buy all of the Golden Saints costumes, you'll need a total of 340,000 CP. As a result, it'd be best if you wait until the end of your Platinum run before you purchase these costumes. Additionally you'll need to unlock Shion Gold Cloth, which will require you to S rank all battles in Legend of Cosmo. Once you've purchased all 17 Gold Saints, the trophy will unlock.
