Thanks for the guide! Recommend to write down which you have visited (see other guide for map). I managed to miss one somehow.

Use the UFO as mentioned in another guide :)

Any CD or tag your partner collects also count for you, so if you collect them with another person you can cut the time it would take by yourself in half. Have one person collect all CDs and the other collect all tags.

You need to find and tag all of the spots in Stilwater for this achievement. If you tag a location in co-op, both you and your partner will get credit, regardless of where the partner is. This website seems to have the best guide for the collectibles.
