The Ronin are a japanese gang dressed in yellow and black usually driving motorbikes and sports cars (both in there colours as well) famous in this game for their samurai swords. To defeat them you'll have to complete all 15 of the missions for the Ronin. It's quite simple, just complete all the missions and the achievement should pop after the last mission. It should take only a few hours and most are simple.

Play through and complete all of the missions in the Ronin story arc. For a complete walkthrough, check this thread. I recommend doing this in co-op so you can work towards the "Partners in Crime" achievement.
