You and a friend can get this achievement by starting a multiplayer strong arm game set to friends only. Whichever one of you wants to get the achievement needs to host the game and get some money, by doing whatever task is given to you. The other player can sit back and do nothing until you have got some money - then if they quit the game, it gives you 1 win. Repeat, by inviting them back in...and this achievement can be yours in about 30 mins.

You don't need to get money before your boosting partner quits. My friend and I just confirmed this. He quit as soon as he joined and I still got the win. We got this while boosting "Saint's Seven". Cheers.

yup, ksiddique is right, my boosting partner and i didn't need to get money. just join and quit. rinse and repeat.

-I am 99% certain you must be the host in order to pop this/be able to create the matches
You can also work on the Saints Seven achievement while doing this
The Saint's Seven achievement in Saints Row 2 worth 155 pointsWin all seven Ranked Strong Arm Activities, and win on all seven Strong Arm maps
-From the Main Menu go to Multiplayer - Xbox Live - Create Party - Friends Only
-You will now be in a menu with an in game lobby you can walk around in. From the menu select Invite Friends under Lobby
-Now from Lobby select Party Game with X
-Change the Game Mode to Strong Arm
-Once the other player joins Start the game
-Now once in game wait the 15 seconds for the round to start (not sure if necessary to wait, please confirm in comments) and have the other player quit
-You will be back at the lobby again, either have the player join back in via the friends list (x button over your name, Join Session in Progress) -OR- re-invite the other player -- now start the game when they join
-Repeat until the achievement pops

The quickest way to win 10 matches would obviously be to set up a Party match and just win 10 matches that are set to Strong Arm. Get a friend to lose to you and it'll go even quicker.
