just go into a co-op game and make sure team damage is off, once its off kill you team mate and tell him to push RT or LT. This will put you into a co-op diversion either cat and mouse or team deathmatch, just make sure you win the game and you will get the achievement.

Team damage (aka Friendly Fire) needs to be on not off.

While in co-op with a partner, go to the menu, select "Co-op" and make sure your settings are as follows:
Friendly Fire = On
Co-op Competitive mode = On
Then shoot your partner until revive is needed, the dead partner needs to press and hold
or 
while waiting to be revived in order activate co-op diversion.
Then simply make a score and run out the timer and your achievement will pop.

In order to start a co-op diversion, you must be in co-op with Friendly Fire on. (Pause Menu > Co-Op > Friendly Fire) Kill your teammate, and he will be given the option to start up one of two co-op games. It doesn't matter which one he picks, just have him select one. Take turns throwing the game so you can both unlock the achievement.
