I completed the story, build all ventures there are no more threats visible and I did the required Wanted job. But no achievement unlock... Anyone else experienced this?

I got a save with the threats, in case someone needs it.

NOTE: THERE IS A POSSIBLE GLITCH YOU CAN GET WITH THIS. Early on in the game I had encountered one of the collectives at a venture threat in Old Town West. (Its the one closest to the church in front of it) I got them about half health then the threat completed and it seemed as if they disappeared. Didn't think anything of it until the end of the game. You will encounter 4 members through story progression, 1 from a wanted mission on the wanted app, then my personal experience with the one that has apparently glitched my game, at the Old Town West venture threat. No clue what causes this just wanted to let you guys know, if you see one at the threat, KILL THEM AS FAST AS POSSIBLE SO THEY DONT DESPAWN. Also, if anyone has any information to help me out as well to possibly fix this achievement for me without starting a new game, please let me know! Thanks and good luck! *EDIT* GLITCH SOLVED: If you unfortunately get the same bug as me, you can still get this achievement by joining someone's game who hasn't yet done this threat and kill the collective. Joined my friend and the achievement popped as soon as we killed her!

I have old saves to help anyone stuck I also need this achievement so if anyone else has an old save with a collective would be much appreciated
