Found this so much easier to do than finding a nice long road with enough clear space to complete it. Worked a treat, +1 for your solution

I did this with the 3rd car (Attrazione) you take back to Jim Robs, find a nice long road an hold 
. To find the cars you open your phone with 
select map then press 
and move across to ventures. The cars will display as a smaller Jim Rob icon (it will say chop shop when you hover over it).
Another way is find a car called Bucket (its a hot rod) its ability is infinite nitro, to unlock the ability you have to do 3 full nitro bursts with full nitro bar, you have to buy and turn on nitro at Jim Robs. Once you have unlocked it you have to go back to Jim Robs and turn on the ability
Your nitro bar is the top light blue line at the bottom right of your hud display.

The Infinite Boost is a Signature Ability on cars like the Vindicator (found by finding all 5 rocket car parts). Once you have that car, and that ability, you basically need to fully activate the boost, and if it runs out and you've not hit anything, you get an automatic refill. Do this three times and the achievement is yours. Nothing too hard here. Just do it on the highways and weave through the traffic. The bike outside of JimRob's has this ability too, and makes the whole thing even easier.

First off you'll need a vehicle that has the Infinite Boost signature ability available, one example is the Attrazione which you unlock through completing JimRob's Venture, but there are a few vehicles like this that you'll unlock through mission completion or find and return to the garage. Once you have a vehicle with that capability you need to add nitrous to it for $7,500. Then you'll have to fully use all your boost in one go 3 times over, then return to the garage to activate Infinite Boost. Once you have it find a decent stretch of road and hold down boost, not letting go when the bar runs out as it will refill. Once it's refilled 3 times consecutively and you stop the boost, the trophy should pop.
